This site is dedicated to the memory of Bill.

On May 4th, 1945 the world became a better place as Bill Wolley was born! He had a wonderful life growing up with his mom, Patricia Wolley and dad, Sumner Wolley. Bill then married to a lovely little lady named Lori and moved to Milford, MA. They had two daughters, Debbie & Candi, and later Candi's daughter, Britty, became their favorite grandchild. Bill loved golf, camping, canoeing, woodworking, and being excellent at pretty much anything home related. He was truly the most organized person we know, with labels on everything from charging cords to tool box drawers. (this skipped a generation, so we continue to be amazed at him!) Bill was a no-nonsense guy who told it like it is - even if it may have sounded impolite or politically incorrect. He was honest and clear about what he believed to be right and wrong. He was so clear and so organized, which made him reliable and trustworthy to many. Plus, at 6'4" in height and with a booming, confident voice - his personality was well known and heard. This made him memorable to so many, and loved by them all. A few little things he loved: Snickers bars, prime rib, dogs, flannel shirts, pistachios, Ticonderoga #2 pencils, his cars, Pago Pago, Bud Lite, his container garden, the latest and greatest quality gadgets, 50's music, his friends, labeling things, and Old Spice. He cheered up so many people everywhere he went. This happened at work, at home and then finally at his hospital visits for chemotherapy and radiation. Everyone enjoyed his great attitude and sense of humor. He was determined to do his best battle with lung cancer, and he did everything he said and more. He was doing so well with treatment when he had a stroke. He died exactly one week after the stroke occurred. He made his health care wishes known and clear well before this day; as you know he is extremely organized and thorough! He had the ending he wanted - peacefully resting in hospice care with his family holding his hands and being with him every step of the way. We are so proud of him for the life he had and the extreme strength he showed every day of his life. He will be missed terribly and will never, ever be forgotten. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
